What is T-REX Network?

T-REX Network is the institutional infrastructure for tokenized real-world assets. It exists to solve a structural problem that has emerged as tokenization scales: as regulated assets move across chains and execution venues, ownership records, transfer restrictions, and investor eligibility checks fragment into disconnected local copies. Institutions need one authoritative compliance state, not many.

T-REX Network provides that authoritative state. It is the canonical book of record for regulated tokenized assets — combining compliance, identity, and orchestration in a single coordination layer that operates across chains without fragmenting ownership state.

It is built on ERC-3643, the open Ethereum standard for permissioned tokens, recognized as a Final EIP and already used to tokenize more than $32 billion of real-world assets across funds, equities, bonds, debt, commodities, and cash equivalents.


The four layers

T-REX Network is structured as four cooperating layers. Each can be understood independently; together, they form the institutional stack for compliant tokenization.

1. T-REX Ledger

The canonical reference chain for ERC-3643 assets. An Ethereum-anchored Layer 2 built on the OP Stack, with an institutional Proof-of-Authority validator consortium providing the trust and governance financial markets require. The Ledger holds the authoritative ownership state; external chains serve as distribution and liquidity venues.

2. Compliance Engine

Compliance, control, and security at every level of the stack — from the token contracts up to Ethereum settlement. Defense-in-depth across five layers: protocol-level enforcement, vetted AppStore applications, institutional validators, a distributed network of institutional nodes, and Ethereum security. Selective FHE-based privacy where it matters. Audited, serious players — still a public chain.

3. ERC-3643 Protocol

The open smart-contract standard at the foundation of the stack. Maintained by the ERC-3643 Association, audited, and deployed across every supported EVM chain. The protocol defines how compliant tokens behave; T-REX Network provides the infrastructure to run them at institutional scale.

4. T-REX AppStore

The application layer. A curated catalogue of official and third-party applications built on top of the Ledger and the protocol — token issuance, identity management, primary and secondary distribution, custody, compliance tooling, and more.

Who T-REX is for

T-REX Network is built to serve the institutions and builders bringing regulated assets on-chain.

Why it matters

Tokenization is scaling. Compliance infrastructure has not kept pace. Industry analysts forecast multi-trillion-dollar growth in on-chain real-world assets over the next decade, but the operating model is still chain-by-chain deployment with local compliance copies and manual reconciliation between disconnected ownership views.

T-REX Network exists to provide the missing layer: one canonical compliance state, one authoritative ownership layer, multi-chain distribution without fragmentation, built on an open standard rather than vendor lock-in.
