This page collects the standing disclosures that apply to public communications from T-REX Network SA and its affiliates ("T-REX"). It is intended to be read alongside the T-REX Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. Nature of the information

Information published on T-REX websites, marketing pages, blog posts, whitepapers, decks, and social channels is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It is not, and should not be construed as, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, investment, or financial advice. It is not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, token, financial instrument, or other asset.

2. Not directed at every jurisdiction

Materials on T-REX websites are not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation. It is your responsibility to determine whether you are legally permitted to access or rely on the materials in your jurisdiction and to observe any applicable restrictions.

3. Forward-looking statements

Some T-REX communications include forward-looking statements about strategy, product roadmaps, ecosystem partners, market adoption, or future performance. 5. Testimonials, case studies, and partner references

Testimonials and case studies describe the experience of specific participants at a specific point in time. They do not imply guarantees about future outcomes, and they are not an endorsement of any offering to any other person. Where a partner is referenced, that reference does not constitute a partnership in a legal sense unless expressly stated in a separately signed agreement.

6. Assets and figures

Figures such as total value of tokenized assets, number of members, or commitment amounts are reported from sources considered reliable, including the ERC-3643 Association and Network participants. Numbers are typically as of the last reasonable update and may have moved since publication.

7. Regulated activity

T-REX provides open, chain-agnostic infrastructure for regulated tokenized assets. T-REX itself does not issue, custody, distribute, trade, or advise on any specific regulated security. Regulated activity is conducted by licensed institutions using T-REX standards and infrastructure.

8. Digital assets are risky

Investing in or transacting with digital assets, including tokenized securities, involves significant risk, including the risk of total loss. Regulatory treatment is evolving. Some jurisdictions restrict access to specific asset types or investor categories. Do your own research and, where appropriate, obtain professional advice before acting.

9. Trademarks and open source

"T-REX", the T-REX marks, and related product names are trademarks of T-REX Network SA. ERC-3643 is an open standard maintained under an open governance process. Open-source repositories are licensed under the licence stated in each repository, and the licence there governs use of the code in that repository.
